Mex Ven Constructions LLC was founded in August 2021 by Priscilla de la Rosa, a second-generation builder who grew up watching her father pour concrete in the Phoenix heat. What started as weekend fence repairs grew into a full-service construction company serving Maricopa County.
Our story
Priscilla de la Rosa spent a decade managing commercial projects for a national builder before striking out on her own. She kept the large-firm discipline — scheduling software, safety protocols, quality checklists — and paired it with the personal accountability of a family business.
Today our crew of twelve includes carpenters, masons, concrete finishers, and project coordinators who have been with us since the first year. We do not use rotating subcontractor pools; the same faces you meet at the estimate are the ones who swing the hammers.

We itemize every estimate. If material costs change, you hear it from us before we buy, not after the invoice.
OSHA-certified crews
Every field employee holds a current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card. We stop work rather than rush a dangerous step.
Built to last
We use materials rated for desert UV exposure and thermal cycling. A build that survives twenty Arizona summers is our benchmark.

Meet Priscilla de la Rosa
Priscilla earned her general contractor license in 2019 and founded Mex Ven Constructions two years later. She personally reviews every estimate and visits every active site at least twice a week. When she is not on a job site, she teaches a weekend framing workshop at a Glendale community center.
